HAPPY, ATLAS AND MOLLY -- DIGGING FOR RABBITS

HAPPY AND MOLLY IN A TUG-O-WAR

MEMORIAL PAGE

I lost a friend recently. Lee Housman, one of the largest Weimaraners I ever saw. He weighed 135 lbs. and he wasn't fat! He died when he was only eight years-old.

Also, my two mentors and best friends, Happy and Atlas stepped on a rainbow and went to doggie heaven. Both of them accepted me as a wild and crazy puppy. I was a pain in the tail, but they put up with me and even shared their food with me. I probably would not be the doggie I am, if I hadn't spent a lot of quality time with them. I will remember them forever.

I'm glad my Dad decided to create this page.

If you've lost a doggie and want to put their picture here so everyone will remember them, please email my Dad and he'll help you.

Lee Housman -- 1995 - 2003
A Faithful Friend

Mindy Mathison - 1989 - 2003.
A little dog with a lion heart.

Jesse James -- December 17, 1987 -- July 29, 2003 He gave us 15 years and 4 months of incredible joy.

Nellie: May 1995 - Easter 2002.

My huntress was swift and graceful, a loyal friend, and trustworthy companion.

Hannah: Jan 2001 - Jan -2006

A wonderful little girl who stepped on a rainbow way too soon. She is already missed in ways too numerous to describe.

Becky Chance

Atlas
Loyal friend and companion - adopted 7/23/96, passed on to dog heaven 6/2/05.

I will never forget you, my friend.

My closest friend. He taught me to hunt rabbits. He protected me from nasty dogs when I was just a puppy. He even shared his food and water with me.

I could not have found a better mentor or friend. Happy was the best and I will sure miss him a lot.

Butter: ? - August -2007

Butter was a very special therapy dog. He spent a lot of time cheering sick people up at the hospitals and rest homes in San Diego. He will be profoundly missed , not just by his owners Ed and Susan, but by everyone who was fortunate enough to meet him.
